Dr. Kristin Moore

Dr. Kristin Moore grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and obtained her doctorate of veterinary medicine at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in 2023. She worked as a small animal general practitioner in Denver for two years before moving back home and joining the team at Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs. Kristin loves combining her love of teaching and client education with animal health and welfare, and has special interests in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, and pain management.

In her free time, Kristin loves riding her horse “Flora,” reading, and practicing yoga. She lives with her husband, Jake, and their sweet-and-spicy black cat, Luna. Kristin is an avid reader and tries to read one book a week! Her favorite novels are “Middlesex” by Jeffrey Eugenides and “Mad Honey” by Jennifer Finney Boylan and Jodi Picoult.
